WHY CHOOSE US?
Our Commitment: The AMS advantage is our people.
Our frontline medical personnel are dynamic and robust professionals including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, paramedics, health educators, and physician assistants. They use a wide range of specialized expertise and training to provide the best evidence-based care possible.
These teams are supported with 24/7/365 operational and medical support to make sure the frontline teams have the supplies and equipment to deliver effective medical care. Our employees are guided by a dedicated, skilled executive management team that includes experienced administrative, financial, and medical professionals.
While most medical personnel services meet basic quality assurance protocols, we believe a QA program must be actively evaluated to promote continuous improvement.
All our employees participate in an extensive Quality Assurance (QA) Program that ensures our personnel are following AMS policies and procedures to meet our standards and our client’s expectations when providing appropriate patient care. This QA program sets standards for equipment, supplies, and monthly, mandatory education sessions so our teams have the appropriate tools and training to provide the best in class medical care possible.

To meet this objective, our QA program mandates regular testing and review to confirm that our service model is really meeting the needs of our staff, patients, and clients. AMS regularly updates protocols and procedures to maintain industry-leading patient care.
